Marketing Internship
Location: Beijing
Period: 3 months - 6 months
Payment: Paid

Key criteria:
- Students only, internship experience preferred
- Fluent in English
- Detail-oriented, good learning attitude
- Available full time for the next  3-6 months

Key responsibilities:

1. Advertising
• to assist in coordinating ads for typesetting, layout and text amendments
• to work with consultants to secure clients’ approval for ads
• to assist in proofreading of all ads for newspapers and trade magazines
• to process the online Featured Job Banner requests
2. Branding
• to assist Marketing Executive in developing and executing branding projects/ initiatives; including the Global Brand Revitalisation Project
3. Direct Mail
• to work on HTML mailshots
• to work on other ad hoc/seasonal direct mail projects
4. Marketing
• to assist Marketing Executive in developing and updating corporate collaterals
• to assist Marketing Executive in developing merchandise packs for clients, candidates and other events
5. Events
• to assume the key responsibility of forming strategic partnerships and alliances with professional bodies, associations and tertiary institutions in rolling out RW executive dialogue series and executive career seminars
• to manage all logistical issues for all events, including sponsored events

6. PR and Communications
• to assist the PR & Editorial Specialist in customising all global and regional press releases for local media
• to compile all publicity materials – print, online and broadcast – for our Comms library
• to research on other career/recruitment related articles for references
• to assist the PR & Editorial Specialist in tidying up the media database and developing the media map for Asia
• to assist in proofreading for all editorial projects

7. Any other ad hoc projects where the marketing function could best support the business
